Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or any reason other than receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

All sales are final.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order at deeaazazmah232@gmail.com. Please include your order number, proof of purchase, and photos of the issue so that we can evaluate your claim.

Items sent back to us without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds

If your claim for a defective, damaged, or incorrect item is approved, you will be eligible for a full refund. Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
